Meet Pasree – Yoga with Heart & Flow
She began my yoga journey in 2000 to ease back pain and manage the stress of womanhood and motherhood. After years of dedicated practice, she completed a 250-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Mysore, India, in 2014 and have been teaching ever since.
Over the years, she has joined various workshops, including meditation, handstands, and yoga flow. In 2023, she furthered her training with a 50-hour Creative Sequencing course at Karma Yoga, Kuala Lumpur.
She teaches Hatha, Hatha Flow, and Vinyasa yoga, offering corporate, private, small group, and scheduled classes at Karma Yoga and Genga Wellness Center.

Karen Tan is a passionate menopause advocate and certified coach dedicated to guiding women through the often confusing and emotional journey of perimenopause and menopause. Having walked this path herself, Karen understands that this transition is more than just hot flashes and hormones—it’s a deeply personal shift that can affect your emotions, identity, and sense of self.
At this event, Karen will help you make sense of the physical and emotional changes, and show you that menopause can be a powerful time of growth and renewal. You’ll learn how to listen to your body, regain balance, and move forward with strength, clarity, and confidence.

Dr. Anusha has been with Klinik Genga since 2011, working alongside her father, Dr. Genga, and specialising in alternative and complementary medicine. She is skilled in diabetic wound care and TENS therapy for pain management.
A strong advocate for holistic care, Dr. Anusha holds a patent for a knee strap to support osteoarthritis and is collaborating with University Malaya to study its effectiveness.

Thank you, Karen and Team, for putting together a well rounded workshop on April 27th 2024. It provided me with firsthand knowledge and insights as I entered midlife, a phase I never imagined I'd need to navigate with such depth, both physically and mentally. I found myself not only learning but also taking the first baby steps in appreciating how far I've come as a woman, and understanding the importance of prioritising myself in the second half of life.
